Hey Mike!

Thanks for the notes. I’m on it. I got a later start today, but I’ll have **GFX 19** and **GFX 21** over to you tonight, sending each one as soon as it’s ready.

Awesome thanks for these Pablo!

For GFX 17, can we have it start a little sooner in the talk track? This will be the full bite. Lets have the graphic come on, land for a second, then 97% is highlighted like you have when mentioned.

“And that margin converts the cash at a best in class rate, which was 97% in 2025. That means nearly every dollar of EBITDA we generate is converting into free cash flow. The business has a clear and consistent track record of organically deleveraging through growth at a current rate of approximately three quarters of a turn annually.”

Going to go with V1 of GFX 18. Can you confirm that those titles are in the same font as Brendan's financial example? If not, we'll update to match. Then good to move onto GFX 19.

For GFX 19, we can stray more from the deck. Lets build the graphic against that same blue background and use the same font for titles, but feel free to dress it how you please.

Same with GFX 21. It doesn't need to match the decks look per say aside from the background and fonts and can be a bit different as long as it visually conveys the same message.

You think we can get those today? Let me know, thanks a lot!

Hey Mike,

Sorry for the late hour. Here’s **GFX 18** (<https://f.io/3zc5fyi3>).

I included **three background versions** for preview. **Version 1** stays closest to the established style using a Jersey Mike’s blue overlay, while **versions 2 and 3** use the raw b-roll with a subtle blur and dark overlay.

Once we land in a direction, I’ll send over the final alpha .mov.

Thanks,
Pablo

Hey Mike,

Already uploaded **GFX 17** (<https://f.io/3zc5fyi3>).

GFX 18 took a bit longer since I explored a couple of layout options based on the brief. I’m wrapping it up now and will send it over shortly.

Hi Mike,

Sorry for the delay in sending these—I should have kept you posted.

Already uploaded revised **GFX 7, GFX 10, and GFX 15 (+16)** (<https://f.io/3zc5fyi3>). I included two versions of GFX 10 with slightly different animation approaches—one follows the original build more closely, while the other leans into a fuller fill animation. Let me know which direction you prefer.

I’m moving straight into GFX 17 and GFX 18 and will have those over to you by 7:00 PM ET.

Thanks,
Pablo

Hi Pablo,

Thank you for sending these. Please send each graphic as you finish it from here on out. That way we can get them into the cut sooner to see how they play. We'll let you know if we need to make any changes. Thank you for tackling those, I'll be on the lookout for 17 and 18 later today.

Thanks,

MM

### [Thu, Jul 2, 2026 at 6:38 AM] Mike McBride <mmcbride@3jaze.com>
Pablo,

Where is the revised GFX 7? Where are GFX 10 and 15? All of these were due Tuesday EOD, and you assured me yesterday you would handle them and stick to the schedule going forward. This can't keep happening. By end of day today we need GFX 7 Revised, 10, 15, 17, 18. You're holding up the progress of the cut.

If you don't have the bandwidth to do this, please be up front and tell me now. I'll reallocate your graphics. But as of now, its Thursday and we don't have a single one that we can use in the cut from you. Please advise.

Thanks,

MM

### [Wed, Jul 1, 2026 at 2:33 PM] Pablo Cocodrilo <pablococodriloc@gmail.com>
sounds good! I’ll remove the beige to keep everything consistent and send the next drafts directly to you.

that schedule works for me. I’ll stay on track from here on out.

thanks!

hi Mike,

sorry for the slow response this morning and missing the ETA.

copy that. the additional beige on the “2025 Adjusted” column is the only stylistic change. it comes from the JM brand guidelines and I used it to add a bit of contrast, also added a subtle tiled background animation to give the slide some depth.

I’ll have GFX 10 and GFX 15 ready later today. would you prefer that I share them in the group thread or send them directly to you first?

you can reach me at +52 55 8262 6422 (Mexico)

thanks!

Copy that, thanks for the update! Let's ditch the beige to keep it consistent with the ones other people are producing. You can send them directly to me. I'm having everyone do that rather than flood the thread with feedback.

We'll tackle first drafts of 17 and 18 tomorrow and 19 & 21 on Friday. Then we'll make any needed revisions this weekend and Monday. *It is critical that we stay on our timeline from here on out.* Can you confirm that schedule works for you going forward?

Thanks,

MM

Hi Pablo!

Checking in to see about those other GFX. When do you think we can expect them? Also whats a good number to reach you at? Thanks!

### [Wed, Jul 1, 2026 at 7:56 AM] Mike McBride <mmcbride@3jaze.com>
Awesome thanks for this Pablo! Sounds good on rate for this.

In regards to the graphs, copy that but we do want to keep them in style with the other financials that the other animators are making. Is the additional beige color in "2025 Adjusted" the only real change?

Let me know when you have those others uploaded. Thanks!

hey Mike. quick update on my end—

i spent some extra time today exploring a few additional animation ideas and background treatments to help elevate the financial builds while keeping everything within the established style.

here is GFX 7. <https://f.io/3zc5fyi3> will have GFX 10 and GFX 15 packaged and ready first thing tomorrow morning in the group thread.

thanks!

morning, Mike!

i'm on track with the schedule and will have first drafts for GFX 7, 10, and 15 ready for review by EOD today. i went through Brendan’s project files. they’ve been a great style reference, but i’m rebuilding the charts from the PDF to make them animation-ready.

for the assigned package, my flat fee is $2,700 USD. this includes reconstruction, animation, and a couple of revision rounds.

let me know if that works for you. i’ll keep pushing on today’s first batch.

thanks!
pablo

### [Fri, Jun 26, 2026 at 7:04 AM] Mike McBride <mmcbride@3jaze.com>
Hi Pablo! How are you doing? Steve and I are working on another piece for a corporate client and are in some need of GFX help. The piece has about 15 builds and we're divvying them up amongst a team of animators. Whats your availability next week and the week after? That would be a lot of the heavy lifting, with revisions and final delivery due 7/17. Let me know today if you're free!

Thanks a lot man!

Hey all, quick note on the financial graph aep - that was not built w/ templating in mind, but it's pretty basic and modular, so shouldn't be too painful to modify and work w/. Just let me know if you have any questions - won't be at my desk, but will try to respond later today/asap. thanks! -bc

Hi all!

Hope you had a great weekend. Brendan packaged together the financial based graphic templates and brand tools [here](https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/8t9xntvhz7p9p3j9yybr8/AA27Hwdeq3WHdkfEwrTa998?rlkey=gkaqn0vw6c4yd7y13l1w33qkd&st=x85eqkaa&e=1&dl=0). Reference cut and timecodes can be [found here at our GFX doc.](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hoMhUqF5nHwINb-j6HEmi-_OlVRJcXEg5sRXYW4uroQ/edit?tab=t.0)

* **Chris** - Lets have you start with GFX 4 and 13. Give me a call if you have any questions. Think we could see something for each by tomorrow EOD? Then we can tackle the picture ones in the back half of the week.
* **Bill** - Lets get you started on 2,3,5, 20 now. Those will be your GFX for this cut. 15 is going to Pablo since it has merged with 16.
* **Pablo** - We condensed some GFX, so here is your new list (GFX 7, 10, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21). Lets start with 7 and then move onto 10 and 15. You think we could get first drafts of those by EOD tomorrow? Then we'll tackle the rest.

Feel free to give me a call before you get started with any questions or at any point today at 607-316-9842.

Thanks guys!

Looping in Pablo!

Alright gang, so we are putting together a 30minute-ish piece for Jersey Mike's. Its a video that kicks off an large investor meeting for them. [Here is a link to a similar video that we did for Krispy Kreme.](https://f.io/8f_I6i_u)

Additionally, [here is a shorter video that some of this team put together a couple months ago for Jersey Mikes](https://f.io/PLY60hUV). Ours will have a similar look and feel.

[Here is the content cut of our current video](https://next.frame.io/share/e336de48-3a30-46c7-b620-7fe809205fd4/view/395bb6ab-6159-4102-a038-f6f6c2f5ddda). You will see placeholders in for each GFX build. Attached is a written version of the script as well with the corresponding deck photos.

I've shared with all of you the GFX list google doc, and see the attached corresponding document. Brendan has created a look and feel/ template for the financial related graphics that he will share with the group as well as their style guide.

* **Chris** - (GFX 4, 13, 12, 9) You will be tackling the map related graphics in that similar style to the shorter video. We can hop on the phone to discuss them Monday morning. Then we will get you some photos for GFX 12 and GFX 9 to put in your previous photo treatment. Then we will have you tackle some of the financial based graphics if we are able to get those out of the way.
* **Pablo** - (GFX 7, 10, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21) I know this seems like a lot, but most of these are graph related that we can chip away at during the week. Pending on your availability, we could try to chip out 2 a day and then leave Friday, next Monday 7/6 and Tuesday 7/7 for revisions? Also, trying to get one more animator on board to lighten your load.
* **Bill** - (GFX 2, 3, 5, 15) Lets see if we can get first drafts of those done by Tuesday 6/30 EOD with changes occurring later when you're back.
* **Brendan** - (GFX 1, 6, 11, any TOB's next week) - GFX 1 and 6 would be a rotating cylinder like we did for KK in the above link at 34:05.

The goal will be to have first drafts of everything completed by the end of next week with Monday 7/6 and Tuesday 7/7 as revision days. We deliver our first cut 7/7 EOD. Then we will continue onward with any changes we get from client or any other builds they need. Final delivery is 7/17 and sometimes these things have last second changes, so we'll be ready for whatever.

Have a good weekend everyone! We'll kick off bright and early Monday morning. Thanks a lot!

Looping in our other animators Bill and Chris! Guys, see the above the content cut. I've shared with you the GFX list on a google doc as well.

We are making graphics based off of the attached deck. Brendan has some styles already created for the financial ones, so we'll have you guys exchange project files and what not.

I'll address whose tackling what in the morning, we have some more people joining our team a bit later.

Our goal is tackle as much of this as we can by 7/7 EOD when we deliver our cut.

Will get you guys style guides as well.

Thanks everyone!
